What is laminating film used for?
In the paper and packaging industries, laminating film is applied to surfaces such as paper, cardboard, aluminum foil and biofilm. The purpose of laminating film is to provide food and non-food packaging with barrier properties, improved appearance and haptic properties which contribute to the “feel” of a surface.

Our range of standard laminating films can be used in both thermal and wet lamination processes.

The surface of the thermal lamination film is extruded and coated with low-temperature melting resin, and the film is laminated to the paper product by heating and pressing. Our films can be used in all types of thermal laminator worldwide. We offer thermal lamination films on BOPP and PET substrates. On the other hand, wet lamination films are suitable for conventional wet lamination dispersions, solvents, UV or special hot melt adhesives. All lamination films for wet lamination are pretreated on both sides for subsequent conversion (hot stamping, embossing, UV spot varnish, etc.). These films are slip modified for high speed lamination and have good antistatic properties. The film also has excellent adhesive properties, supporting excellent paper adhesion. These films are based on BOPP.

What is BOPP thermal lamination film:

BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is mainly made with BOPP base film + EVA glue.
We use extrusion coating process to combine this two layers.
In the final film one side has properties of BOPP film and the other side becomes heat sensitive surface used for dry lamination.

It is used in various industries like bookcovers, posters, calendars, maps, documents, photographs, album, bags for food,digital printing,pop sign,danglers etc.In this film no special technique required compare with the old way, just laminate when the temperature gets adequate.Low operating temperature for high speed operation.High quality BOPP film and EVA makes crystal clear image.Environment friendly,pollution-free working Environment and Recyclable.
