What is BOPP thermal lamination film:
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is mainly made with BOPP base film + EVA glue.
we use extrusion coating process to combine this two layers.
in the final film one side has properties of BOPP film and the other side becomes heat sensitive surface used for dry lamination.
It is used in various industries like book covers,posters,calendars.maps,documents.photographs,album,bags for food,digital printing,pop sign,danglers etc.In this film no special technique required compare with the old way, just laminate when the temperature gets adequate.
