BOPP Thermal Film
What is BOPP thermal lamination film?
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is mainly made with BOPP base film + EVA glue.
We use extrusion coating process to combine this two layers.
This product has two classifications: glossy/shine/transparent and matte/opaque, both of which sees thickness from 17 micron to 30 micron.
Its width could be from 200mm to 1880mm and length from 100m (1 inch core, 25mm) to 4500m (3 inch core, 76mm).
In the final film one side has properties of BOPP film and the other side becomes heat sensitive surface used for dry lamination or hot laminator.
Advantage:
1) It is easy to operate on the laminator. High productivity, energy-saving and labor-saving.
2) It was no bubble, wrinkle or desquamates.
3) Non-toxic, Odorless, Pollution Free.
4) Low Static, Wear Resistance and Long Ageing of Corona.
5) Few Defects and Good Opening. Hot-melt glue is covered by the film , which does not overflow after cooling, and the cut of the finished product is neat and clean.
6) Ideal film for inkjet printing, laser printing, offset printing, coping, letterpress printing, mimeograph, photo, screen print, writing paper etc.
7) Strong Ink powder absorption and can blister and film release after being concaved or protruded.
